Lyons certainly did have a big 2018 year after an awkward experience at a massage parlour in Thailand, a housemate with all the traits of a serial killer and obtaining a stalker. And this year, he has returned back to the stage with his charming conversations and new stories that had the audience in hysterics.
Ciaran Lyons is a natural entertainer, he engaged with the audience throughout the Act, sharing his personal stories through great humour and rawness, with plenty of laugh-out-loud moments.
It was a treat to witness a great comedian taking the audience by storm with his personal stories of being the youngest sibling, travelling to Las Vegas and perverted high school examiners. You didn't want the act to end!
There are many kinds of laughter, from clutching our bellies and gasping for air to the kind that barely escapes our lips, and I can confidently say that, Lyons successfully transformed the Oat Wine Bar into a room of guffaw.
This charming conversationalist took us on a hilarious journey as he owned the stage with confidence and rawness. It was refreshing and undoubtedly a hilarious performance.
