Chunky Custard presented 'Chunky Custard's 25th Anniversary Spectacular' as part of The Adelaide Fringe at The Norwood Hotel on February 27th at 9:00pm, for one night only.

If you've never seen this party band before, then you've been missing out. Their show on February 27th was a filled with eagerly awaiting fans from Baby-boomers to Generation X and Y. This band's anniversary show featured 25 years of party tracks featuring songs from the 40's until today. Party songs made the list and the crowd accompanied them with the dance moves to match. Six lucky ladies were picked from the audience to perform Grease Lightnin' on stage along with the band.

Chunky Custard's Anniversary show had costumes to match with Sandy and Danny from Grease, a visit from Abba, Suzie Quatro, The Proclaimers, Baby and Johnny from Dirty Dancing, Wham and more. Four people joined the band on stage again and danced Stop by The Spice Girls.

Down belong the stage the crowd was dancing the night away performing the moves to Grease Lightnin', Stop, The Time Warp, The Bus Stop, and Nutbush City Limits. A number of the crowd didn't leave the dance floor for the whole two and a half hours.

The crowd toured to the stage and swayed their arms back and forward to Fernando as they sang along and one gentleman lifted his partner into the air during I've Had the Time of My Life as if he was Johnny and she was Baby.

The two and a half hour show went so quickly because everyone was having such a great time. Look out for Chunky Custard's next gig coming up soon.
