I'm an Adelaide girl who likes to try new restaurants and explore
Published August 26th 2017

Chuck Wagon is an American style restaurant located in North Adelaide. The walls and ceiling of the restaurant are covered with eclectic goodies that create a very lively playful atmosphere. The restaurant was packed so we were sat outside which was lovely as we had our own personal heater and were so comfortable out there that when a table became free inside we opted to remain outside for our meal.

The cocktails were named after fictional characters. We tried The Dark Knight and The Sandman. Both were delicious.

As we wanted to make sure we had room for dessert and we could see a lot of the main meals coming out to tables around us we decided to share the 'mac and cheese platter' for our dinner as we could see the meals looked large and heavy. This platter was more than enough for the two of us and was full of delicious mac cheese goodness.

Then for dessert, we decided to go for a platter again, which was more than enough after what we had just eaten. If you have a sweet tooth then this is the place to go for you. Our platter was amazing and the look of other desserts coming out around us also looked amazing and so rich. We couldn't get through out dessert but everything was delicious.

The service and food were good, but if you are after a light meal this is probably not the place to go. If you're looking to spoil and treat yourself with some naughty food then is the place to go.
