If you're craving glistening decorations, festive fun and Christmas shopping, we have the event for you. Christmas Shines Brightest at East Ivanhoe Village will be held on Saturday the 15th of December and Thursday the 20th of December.

On Saturday the 15th of December Santa will arrive between 11.30am and 1pm and children have the opportunity to have their photo taken with him for free. There will also be face painting between 11am and 2pm and free giveaways. The shops are going to be open and entertainment will be provided by the band Banda Bellini.

Thursday the 20th December will provide more fun when Coro Furlan, the only remaining Italian men's choir in Melbourne, perform their favourite Christmas Carols between 6.00 - 8.00pm. The shops will be open until 9pm and Santa will make an appearance between 5.30 – 8.30pm bearing free gifts.

Other highlights over the festive season include a Shop & Win Competition with over $1,500 worth of prizes on offer and local primary school children performing Christmas carols. You can also support a child in need by leaving a present under one of our Christmas Wishing trees located at Vita Bella Cafe, A Boy Called Basil and So Swish.
