A delicious gift idea
Rocky Road is usually made with marshmallows, nuts and chocolate, however you can really add what ingredients that you like. This recipe is a real winner as it uses both Mars Bars and Red Frogs, so it is loved by all ages and anyone with a sweet tooth! When you cut it up, it is hard not to have too many squares yourself. Be warned - you won't be able to stop at one!

Loved by all ages!

400g milk chocolate melts
150g marshmallows
190g bag of red frog lollies (chopped in half)
2 Mars Bars (chopped)

What To Do:

Step 1: Line a rectangle slice tray (31cm x 21cm) with baking paper.

Step 2: In a bowl, combine the marshmallows, red frogs and Mars Bars.

Step 3: Place chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals. Stir. When melted, pour into the bowl and combine quickly.

Make these as gifts, or keep them for yourself!
