Believe it or not, Christmas is just around the corner and pageants are starting to fill the streets with floats, clowns, performances and more. Here's a list of the pageants happening across Adelaide this Christmas.

On Saturday 4 November 2017, head over to the northeastern suburb of Modbury for the Westfield Tea Tree Plaza Community Christmas Parade . Starting at 10am from the Tolley Road bus depot, the parade will continue down Smart Road and finish on the roof-top carpark of Westfield Tea Tree Plaza entering the centre via the Coles travelator entrance. There will also be free entertainment in the centre which includes face painting, balloon twisting, popcorn and fairy floss.

Then, on Saturday 18 November 2017, don't miss out on the Credit Union Christmas Pageant in the city.

On Saturday 25 November 2017, pick your choice from either Smithfield, Norwood or Port Adelaide. The Playford Christmas Pageant will start at 9.30am from the corner of Anderson Walk and Queen Street in Smithfield and finish at Munno Para Shopping City. There will also be free face painting, free glitter tattoos and free balloon twisting in the centre after the pageant. The Norwood Christmas Pageant will start at 10am from Woods Street travelling east along The Parade and finishing at Queen Street. Bring your chalk for the kids to decorate the street with their drawings. The Port Adelaide Enfield Twilight Christmas Parade will roll along Commercial Road starting at 6pm. The fun then continues with a free after-party featuring roving entertainment, amusements and market stalls, plus a fireworks display over the Port River.

On Sunday 26 November 2017, get yourself to Jetty Road for the Glenelg Christmas Pageant starting at 10.30am. There will be pre-entertainment an hour before the pageant. And, after the pageant, more entertainment in Moseley Square. Or, if you are further down south, head to Christies Beach for the City of Onkaparinga Christmas Pageant which will make its way along Beach Road to the Esplanade. Festivities continue after the pageant with a petting zoo, face painting, music and stalls in Rotary Park.

On Saturday 2 December 2017, join in the fun at 10.30am at the Salisbury Community Christmas Parade along John Street. There will also be rides, amusements, stalls, displays, clowns and face painting.

On Sunday 3 December 2017, enjoy the Campbelltown Christmas Parade along Stradbroke Road from 5.15pm followed by Carols at Thorndon Park. Bring your picnic blanket and get ready to sing some favourite carols.
