Christmas is coming and that means only good things are heading in your direction - and Christmas Markets are right on top of my list! Milton Markets is hosting their twilight Christmas Markets, cleverly named Christmas on Cribb*, on two consecutive days this festive season. And you're all invited! With free entry and only $2 parking, what's not to love?
There's no need to worry about finding a park when there's 250 of them, across 4 levels, up for grabs!
On Thursday December 15th and Friday December 16th 2016, Christmas on Cribb will kick off at 4pm on both evenings, and keep the party going till 10pm with live entertainment across two stages - I'm not sure what you're waiting for but I would be writing this in my diary as I speak. Milton Markets will be decked out with spectacular Christmas Wonderland decorations, with boutique stalls, pop up bars, and of course, festive foods to match - wait a moment, and did someone just say chocolate?
Not just any chocolate, but KOKOPOD chocolate - there will be a huge selection of award-winning KOKOPOD chocolate available at Christmas on Cribb. Photo taken from Milton Market's official Facebook event page for Christmas on Cribb.
Although there are so many different stalls being held at Christmas on Cribb that it'd be impossible to list them all here, below is a teaser for what is to come for Christmas on Cribb market-goers:
So much on offer that it'd be impossible to list them all here in this article - you'll have to check Christmas on Cribb out for yourself. Photos taken from Milton Market's official Facebook event page and compiled into a collage.
And if you thought you've heard it all, think again - Australia's most iconic (and all time favourite) gelato, Gelato Messina, is popping-up in Brisbane at none other than Christmas on Cribb! Gelato Messina was voted Australia's best gelato by Good Food Guide. Christmas on Cribb is your chance to get your Gelato Messina fix without a drive down to Coolangatta, or a flight interstate!

* In case you weren't aware, the Milton Markets are located on Cribb Street - with the event itself named after the street it's on, there's no excuse for not coming because you "forgot" where it's held!
Wasn't that impressed really. Parking wasn't easiest to find straight away if never been there before could do with some more signs showing where. Was more food stalls then anything and most looked greasy. And the stalls for dogs that were there had the same stuff as each other. The lady selling the organic non toxic dog toys was good and with a border collie who chews everything up that toy is great and we got an awesome looking bandana at another stall. I was hesitant about the chocolate and as thought it was terrible I don't like powdery chocolate which is why I wish she had samples before I spent heaps on a small packet. The best was the girls doing the gift wrapping as they were so nice and did a great job and the vegan coffee next to them who were friendly and loved our dogs and the coffee was good to as well as there vegan products for sale.
