I write for Weekend Notes and I take photographs, usually sunsets and sunrises. Occasionally I include my photos in my articles. I like to promote Geelong, and activities around Geelong.
Event:
Christmas Nativity Photo Booth at Market Square Geelong.

This year you can pose with Santa for a Christmas photo, at most of the larger shopping centres in December. Or you can pose for a free Christmas photograph of your family in a scene.

During the 1st two weekends in December, your family (or friends, neighbours, work mates) can get dressed up as characters from the Nativity - shepherds, or angels, or other nativity persons, and pose for a free digital photograph. Costumes will be available on Saturday 5th December and Saturday 12th December in Market Square, Moorabool Street, from 10.00am to 3.00pm.

The photos will be available for download from a secure website. The photos are free, with an optional gold coin donation.

Once you've finished your photo booth fun why not head in to the shops at Market Square and finish off your last minute shopping, or have a meal at one of the restaurants or cafes within Market Square. I always figure that if you're going to pay and park at Market Square, you may as well make a day of it.

The event is organised by Geelong City Ministers. Contact Elizabeth Breakey on 0404 165 096 for further information.
