Karana Downs is situated in the western suburbs of Brisbane and approximately twenty-two kilometres from the CBD. If you love the country living where birds can be heard in the trees and other wildlife seen around the bushland, then Karana Downs is the place for you. Karana Downs gives residents the beauty of having a partial rural environment, yet not too far from the city.



Coming up to Christmas, Brisbane River Markets - Karana Downs is hosting its Christmas Markets on Sunday 24th November and 22nd December 2019. The Markets run across two sections of an area on either side of the Golf Club House. There will be live music, delicious food trucks handmade market and other stalls, activities and the markets are pet-friendly. For those adults wanting a cold beverage to quench their thirst on a hot day, there will be a licenced bar and restaurant up on the practice Greens.



For the young ones, Santa will be making a special appearance to have his photograph taken with your children. This will be fun!

Even if you do not live in the close vicinity of Karana Downs, it is great to venture to other markets to see what their wares have to offer, and especially now with Christmas just around the corner, there will be extra special stalls waiting to capture your interest and perhaps purchase.
