With less than two months to Christmas, it can only mean one thing - Christmas markets are back! Ever since experiencing Christmas Markets in Europe, I have fallen in love with them as they are the perfect way to get those gifts for those hard to buy for people in your life while also getting into the Christmas spirit. So here is a list of some of the Christmas Markets that are happening around this year, and with so many markets to choose from, you're sure to find one to suit your schedule!
Canberra Potters 2021 Christmas Fair

Christmas presents from Canberra Potters
Held at the Canberra Potters in Watson, this fair will be selling the wares of Canberra Region potters and ceramicists. Along with the fair, the Canberra Potters Gift shop will also be open. So if your after locally made ceramic art and pottery, then this is the fair for you!

The Canberra Small Business Christmas Market
With over 60 local small businesses, the Small Business Market, is another great option to get all your Christmas shopping done in one spot, while also supporting local businesses.

This market will showcase a range of local businesses that also specialise in either food, wine or crafts.

Canberra Christmas Market

Christmas markets
Along with a number of stalls selling unique and handmade gifts, there will also be stalls selling festive foods. Meaning you can get not only some handmade gifts but some Christmas food as well!

Pearce Community Christmas Markets
If it is plants that you are on your shopping list, then Weston Creek's rotary club's Christmas Market might be the market for you. The rotary club will be having a plant and craft Christmas market which could off all the plant lovers on your list.

Hall Village Christmas Fair
This year's Hall Village Christmas Market will be held at the Hall School and Museum. The market will not only have a number of stalls selling gifts, but also fresh-cut Christmas trees, a pizza oven from the men's shed, and a visit from Santa at noon to top it off.

Kingston Christmas Market
This evening market in Kingston will have a number of stalls from local businesses. Plus it will be super convenient to grab some dinner after at one of the many restaurants in Kingston!

Okay, so this last one isn't technically a Christmas market but it is a French market that will be selling cheeses, charcuterie, truffles, wines, crêpes along with handmade products. And what sounds more like Christmas than wines and crepes!
