3 Weeds Restaurant, a multi-award winning restaurant located in trendy Rozelle, is hosting a very special Christmas menu this December.



This hidden gem in Rozelle, which was named 'Best Restaurant in a Pub' in 2011 and 2012, will present an exciting menu of tantalising dishes created by celebrated chef, Leigh McDivitt, on two occasions only; Friday, December 7th and Friday, December 14th, 2012.*

Patrons will be able to choose from some inspired entrées, such as Magret Duck - hay smoked breast, raspberry, squid ink and salsify, Coral Trout Gravlax - kohlrabi, orange, broad beans, Vietnamese mint and Malibu granita, as well as the traditional Aussie Christmas favourite, Oysters, here, they will be freshly shucked and served with a sake and lime vinaigrette.

Riverina Milk Fed Lamb


For main course, there are four delightful options to choose from; Riverina Milk Fed Lamb - roasted rump, rosemary, caramelised white asparagus, pickled vegetables and buttermilk, King Salmon - Crystal Bay prawn, heirloom baby vegetables and champagne and vanilla custard, Kurobuta Pork - loin, agnolotti of tail, pork cracker, eschalot and cinnamon cider jus and Wagyu Short Rib - braised in 3 Sheets ale, orange salt crusted bone and smoked bone marrow.

And if you opt for dessert, you certainly will not be disappointed;
Summer Christmas Pudding (Jersey milk sorbet), Textures of Chocolate (Tequila curd and cherry sorbet) and a Selection of 3 cheeses (house-made lavosh, pane croccante, date chutney and muscatels) will all be offered.

This special Christmas menu is priced at $50 per person for two courses and $65 per person for three courses.

A range of sides will be available at an additional cost; these include shoestring fries with aioli, truffle and parmesan potato purée, snow peas and radish with preserved lemon and pine nuts and mesclun and pickled cucumber salad.

Plus early bird dinners will receive the special of 2 courses and a glass of wine for only $48 - so whether you want to catch up with friends and family before the silly season hits or want a romantic dinner for two - 3 Weeds Restaurant has you covered this December. This offer is available Tuesday to Thursday for bookings at 6pm or 6.30pm.
