Jingle all the way to Macquarie Mall in Liverpool for an evening jam-packed with all the best traditions of Christmas. From workshops and activities to shopping for gifts, light installations and carollers, you're sure to find cheer in this magical night for all ages.



Children will love decorating gingerbread, writing letters to Santa, partaking in Christmas craft workshops, having their face painted, watching the balloon twister and creating a beautiful wreath, together with adults, to take home.

Peruse the market stalls for that perfect gift and nab yourself a treat or a cool stocking filler. Local artisans and makers include Adorned by Xena bringing hair accessories; Zavaeh with sunglasses for every vibe; Sundara Jewels putting out sterling silver and gold plated jewellery; Tibetan House with all things crystal, from balls to jewellery, as well as tarot cards and incense; Birdy & Bell showcasing dried arrangements and wreaths, as well as fresh flowers; Susie's Succulent Plants; Little Miss August with handmade macrame pot and wall hangers, bags and keyrings; Mini Murray and Me resin artist specialising in painting the ocean on chopping boards; Moore Candle Co with soy candles, diffusers, bath and body products; Soaked Body Bar; Michelle's Plaster Painting packs; and Trendy Toys with some unique products.



For Christmas specific items you'll find it hard to go past Brecha's gorgeous Christmas musical lanterns, clocks, novelty signs, candles and scented oils; Merry & Bright's Christmas decor that includes ornaments and decorations, light-ups and stocking holders; and My Love for All Things Christmas selling Christmas puddings, snowman hats, rag wreaths, pictures and tree decorations.



Food-wise, there will be items for consumption onsite as well as products for taking home to use for your Christmas feasts. The large range of vendors sees the likes of Deeva Delish and their homemade dumplings, steam buns and Russian baked treats; My Dimi with Greek seasonal products and items such as marinated olives, different types of pasta, pizza sauce, herbs, biscuits and snacks, spoon and submarine desserts; Bun Me Baguette with their Vietnamese street food; Carpe Diem offering BBQ options; Casanova Cafe flipping burgers; Mr Seafood; Falafel Kaddour serving up falafel and hot chips; Ugly J's Food Truck with Korean cheesy corn, curly corn ribs, fugly fries and ganga burgers; Bee Sweet by BCQ with South American sweets, cookies, cakes and desserts in jars; Cannoli Rush with custard logs, vanilla slices and fruit flans; Kryo Cookie with gelato sandwiches and cake cups; Mochiric with mochi donuts; Liverpool Nutrition with colourful and refreshing sugar-free teas; and Piccolo Events with their mobile coffee push cart.




The list of vendors goes on with so many more presenting their goods. All will have EFTPOS facilities available, making shopping quick and easy.

The above all kicks off at 5pm, along with live entertainment from St Luke's Choir, carollers and other musicians bringing favourite Christmas tunes and festive fun. Be sure to catch Santa and his elves for a photo meet and greet too, and join a storytime session with Mrs Claus before watching the lighting of the Christmas tree from 7.30pm. Spreading the sparkle, Macquarie Street will be adorned by further light installations.

The magic doesn't end there. At 7.45pm, there will be a movie screening of The Grinch with free fairy floss and popcorn (while stocks last). Seating will be available.

Yule not want to miss experiencing this all-ages event with all its colour and activity and, best of all, it's all free with the exception of your personal purchases at the market and food stalls. There's plenty of parking surrounding the mall too, in addition to public buses and trains frequenting the suburb.
