For the first time, NSW Parliament House is celebrating Christmas in July with a special pop-up restaurant from Monday 3rd July to Friday 28th July 2017.
Open to the public for lunch from 12.00pm to 3.00pm on weekdays, the wonderful pop-up will be serving up an exciting menu of classic Christmas dishes with a unique modern twist!
Each dish has been carefully crafted by an experienced and talented team of chefs and will showcase the state's finest seasonal produce.
Tantalise your taste buds with delicious dishes such as Gruyere ash goat cheese soufflé, Berkshire pork cheek, Roast wagyu rib cap au poivre and Turkey-duck confit Ballantine. For the sweet-tooths, there's 'White Christmas' coconut everything bombe Alaska and Parliament House Christmas pudding.
A Prix Fixe menu will be available for the duration of the pop-up with 2 courses and petit fours for $45.00 pp and 3 courses with petit fours and a glass of dessert wine for $55.00 pp.
