Brisbanites are proud of events happening in their city and as the festive season draws closer, many awesome events are popping up for us all to enjoy.



From Friday 14th December through to Sunday 23 December 2018, the streets of South Bank will be covered in markets stalls for the annual Christmas Gift Market. These markets spread across three locations - Stanley Street Plaza, The Arbour and Little Stanley Street and open from 3.00pm to 10.00 pm each day. If you cannot make a trip to the City at night, there is plenty of time in the afternoon to grab some great gifts for Christmas.

Santa Claus will be making a daily visit to the markets next to Flowstate between 4.30pm and 8.30pm. Pose for a family snap or whisper in his ear what you want for Christmas so he can put it on his list.

While wandering around the markets, there will be plenty of tastebud-tempting delights to satisfy any fussy eater and plenty variety of gifts, homewares, jewellery, stationery, home-made goodies etc for all ages to purchase.



Christmas is always a fun time in Brisbane and Southbank where the Parklands come alive as much as they do during the day.
