An easy & cute Christmas cookie idea

Isn't this a cute idea? My daughter made these at school one Christmas and they looked so effective, that we've been making them every year since! These are the simple steps, below, so you can make them with your kids this Christmas. They make wonderful gifts wrapped in cellophane or lay them on a plate to enjoy on Christmas Day. Make just one, or make 20, the choice is yours!

What You Need:

Arrowroot biscuits
1 cup Milk Chocolate Melts
Strawberry Cream Lollies
Tiny Teddies biscuits
Dollar Sweets Edible Candy Eyeballs (see here)

What To Do:

Step 1: Melt the Choc Melts in a bowl at 30 second intervals, until melted. Quickly spread the Arrowroot biscuits with melted chocolate.

Step 2: Stick on the Strawberry Cream lollies for the noses and stick on the Tiny Teddies for the ears. Place on the eyes and let it all set. Place them in the fridge if it is a hot day.

That's it - a cute biscuit idea in two easy steps! Half the fun is making them with your kids - but they taste great too!

What a great idea. Although it appears rather quick to make I'm guessing the eating will be even quicker.
