Ever looked at someone's stunning Christmas wreath and thought "I could make that?" Well, with a little guidance, you can. Get your creative juices flowing and make your very own floral arrangements at Como House and Garden Christmas Floristry Workshops on Sunday 9 December 2018, between 10.00am and 5.00pm.
Guided by the talented local florist Chantelle Hamilton, why not try your hand at creating your own Christmas masterpiece? Classes will run for two hours in the gorgeous gardens of Como House and you can choose from the following sessions:
Beginners – Christmas posy making 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Using a selection of red and white seasonal Christmas blooms, your posey will be wrapped in black or white paper with a cute bow. An apron and cutters will be provided for the session
Intermediate – Christmas wreath making 3pm - 5pm A wreath, a stylish black apron and a floral starter kit, including cutters, rose strippers and wire, will have you putting together your masterpiece in no time.
Masterclass – Christmas tablescape making 10am - 12pm
Como House is a historical house, set amongst stunning gardens and constructed in 1847 for Sir Edward Eyre Williams. It's now a popular tourist attraction under the custodianship of the National Trust of Australia.
