The Christmas Day Seafood Lunch Buffet will include all your favourite traditional Christmas fare including succulent carvery meats, fresh seafood, gourmet salads, an indulgent variety of festive desserts and 2-hours free-flowing drinks package.
Dock 18 has sourced the finest, locally sourced produce for their exclusive Christmas Day buffet - highlights include Yarra Valley Brie, Gippsland Valley steak, Crystal Bay prawns and South Australian oysters.
The chefs will also put a tantalising spin on festive classics. Begin with fig vincotto & whisky glazed ham, followed by smoked paprika roasted turkey breast, accompanied by herb & garlic roasted potatoes and mint & ginger scented vegetables.
