The talented chefs at Dock 18 have crafted a spectacular festive feast that will delight your friends and family this Christmas Day.

The Christmas Day Seafood Lunch Buffet will include all your favourite traditional Christmas fare including succulent carvery meats, fresh seafood, gourmet salads, an indulgent variety of festive desserts and 2-hours free-flowing drinks package.

Dock 18 has sourced the finest, locally sourced produce for their exclusive Christmas Day buffet - highlights include Yarra Valley Brie, Gippsland Valley steak, Crystal Bay prawns and South Australian oysters.

The chefs will also put a tantalising spin on festive classics. Begin with fig vincotto & whisky glazed ham, followed by smoked paprika roasted turkey breast, accompanied by herb & garlic roasted potatoes and mint & ginger scented vegetables. For dessert, there will be Christmas pudding, egg nog panna cotta, gingerbread cream-filled profiteroles and all-you-can-eat Christmas cookies and lolly jars!
