Merry Christmas from The Ginger Factory

‘It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, everywhere you go… but the prettiest sight to see, is Santa sitting by our tree, with candy canes and silver lanes aglow!’

How exciting! Christmas is just around the corner and The Ginger Factory in Yandina are spoiling families once again with a very special guest! Can you guess who the special guest may be? Well, here's a clue - he loves milk and cookies, loves to dress up in red, has a long white beard and struggles down chimneys. You've guessed it! It's Santa, of course - the jolly ol' fella from up North!

Santa has travelled all the way from the North Pole and will be staying in SantaLand next to the Toy Emporium

Santa has travelled all the way from the North Pole and is staying at The Ginger Factory in SantaLand next to the Toy Emporium. Pop in to meet the jolly ol' guy in red and to let Santa know all your hopes and wishes for Christmas and whether you’ve managed to avoid the ‘naughty’ list this year.

Remember to bring your camera to take FREE family photos

Santa will be staying at The Ginger Factory from Friday the 1st December all the way through until Christmas Eve, Friday 24th December. Santa lovers will be able to meet Santa EVERY DAY from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm - remember to bring your own camera to capture a FREE family photo, creating memories to last a lifetime.

In 2023, The Ginger Factory is proud to be once again partnering with SunnyKids over the festive season with the 'Give the Gift of Joy' program. Sunny Kids work to provide social and emotional safety nets for children in need, and with the community’s support, can continue to do this and so much more. From the 13th November to the 18th December, visitors to The Ginger Factory can generously give the gift of joy and hope to a family and child in need, by placing a gift under The Ginger Factory tree. Help to spread the Christmas spirit and help to keep kids safe and hopeful, through the SunnyKids team .

From the 13 November to the 18 December, please give a gift of joy and hope to a family and child in need ...

Considerations to note:

  • Please DO NOT wrap gifts. This will allow SunnyKids to donate each one to the most appropriate recipient. Gift givers are welcome to supply a gift bag or gift wrap separately, but this isn’t a necessity.
  • Please only donate new items. If you would like to donate second-hand goods, The Ginger Factory recommend giving these directly to Lifeline, Life House or other charity shops.
  • Please DO NOT donate toy weapons or items that promote violence of any kind. Many of the children that SunnyKids assist have experienced domestic violence and may find these items distressing.

  • Fancy that ... Gingerbread people Christmas tree ornaments ...
