The Bay is where you'd want to be on Saturday the 27th and Sunday the 28th of November 2021. Kids can visit Santa at his beach cave in the Bay Discovery Centre between 12pm and 3pm. For a free ticket, head to the centre to see one of the volunteers on the day of your visit.
On both days, the main stage will have some of the most popular floats from the City of Holdfast Bay's annual pageant. A couple of National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant floats will also be heading down to Glenelg, so why not get that special family photo with Wang Wang and Funi or in front of Stardust Castle.
Kids who are interested in craft will find a variety of activities near the playspace on the foreshore. Two free Little Picasso workshops will also be held each day at the Bay Discovery Centre. Those aged between one and five years old are invited to come and try a gym on the grass area near the main stage.
And, last but not least, Make A Wish Foundation will be selling Christmas trees at the Glenelg Football Club and Cricket Club car park while Brighton Lions Club will be selling Christmas cakes at Chapel Plaza. Do check them out and bring some Christmas cheer home with you.
For more information, head to the Christmas at the Baywebsite or Facebook page. You don't want to miss out on all that's going on over the weekend.
