'Lettuce' introduce you to a banquet guaranteed to bring 'choy' to the lives of all vegans and vegetarians.

Every Tuesday, Chop Chop Changs unites herbivores with a selection of delicious vegan dishes. While their Vegan Banquet is available any time, you can get six courses for $35 every Tuesday night.



The banquet is an exploration of the vegan items on the usual Chop Chop Changs menu. The courses are all savoury and feature a variety of proteins. Start with lotus root with guacamole before moving on to main meals like fried tofu, mushroom yakitori and Thai green or yellow curry. Palate cleanser of watermelon rind are sciracha are provided between meals and you can add apple dumplings with ice cream for an extra $5.

Chop Chop Changs is an Asian street food inspired restaurant serving fresh, local produce. The menu offers something for all appetites and palates, while the drinks menu boasts a huge selection of beers and Asian cocktails and punches. Seating in the restaurant consists of communal benches, taking the concept of family style dining one step further.
