"Reducing the amount of single-use plastic is one of the greatest steps we can take towards a healthier environment" says Mr Daly.
Ms Francis says that their focus is bringing a sense of deliberateness to their venture, "doing as much as we can to offer up a luxuriously rich chocolate, that also meets the health needs and environmental vision of our community - raw, hand-made, vegan, low glycemic index, gluten free and served in glass".
"We can't do it all, but we can take steps towards our vision for health and the environment" says Mr Francis. "Let's also not forget that our chocolate is luxuriously delicious and still serves up the rich chocolatey punch that all chocolate lovers are searching for."
"This isolation of living on Lord Howe Island for nine months has really brought us back to a place of gratitude and passion. We realise our love for raw chocolate and the benefits that it brings simply has to be shared with people again and we are so excited to be back in this space", says Mr Francis.
