Dessert bars seem to be popping up all over Adelaide this Winter, but Chocolate Taperia is certainly one of a kind. Among all the delicious dishes on the menu, the 'Ignacio' cake was possibly one of the best and most well-presented.

Don't be scared by the fancy name - the dessert is basically a pistachio, pear and chocolate cake, decorated by a chocolate-coated strawberry, a chocolate truffle and a pretty, pink flower. Although the pear flavour wasn't as distinct, I'd still rate the dish a 9 out of 10.

Just a handy hint though: be careful, the flower isn't edible (trust me, I tried).
