His signature macarons (or Zumbarons) come in a variety of flavours playing on classic chocolate such as Choc Pop, Choc Mint and Chocolate Doughnut. If they aren't your thing, there are plenty of mini cakes and even a special Decorated Chocolate Fondant with macarons on top, which you can pre-order for a special occasion.

Now with a new location in Martin Place, it's too easy to get on the sugar high. With amazing quality chocolate infiltrating every item on the menu, your are guaranteed to hit the right spot here. Known for its fabulous hot chocolate, the range extends to chocolate waffles, mousse, sundaes and cakes.
Hitting Darlinghurst and Surry Hills by storm, the well established gelato shop never disappoints with its amazing quality and dedication to perfection. The chocolate sorbets and gelato are definitely standouts, but it's their weekly specials that really play with the taste buds. The Messina Facebook page updates its new additions daily.
In addition, their speciality cakes for those big occasions are playful, fun and amazing eye candy.
Haigh's chocolatiers have been delivering the classics to the best of quality since 1915 and you can't argue with a classic. Their flavoured chocolate frogs are great favourites for the little ones, whilst older folk can't go past the luxurious truffles and gourmet sauces!
Great for gifts (or for yourself posing as getting a present) the two Sydney stores are masterpieces of the finest cocoa.
An alternative for those not calorie counting is the speciality this Bondi seafood store has become known for - the deep fried Mars bar.

Originating in Leura in the Blue Mountains, the chocolate geniuses have now opened a store in the Sydney CBD to expand their chocolate arm to all of those in need. The store is as glamorous as you would expect neighbouring the Louis Vuitton store; you enter chocolate paradise complete with exquisite displays and glamorous chandeliers. It's the stylish way to get your chocolate on!
The cafe in Leura offers one of the most memorable hot chocolates that make you think it really should be illegal. Infused with chilli and cinnamon, it feels like happiness is just pouring throughout your body.
