Learn the Art of Chocolate-making

Sissys Gourmet Delights in Blackburn regularly offers interactive chocolate-making classes, which are perfect for chocolate enthusiasts or as a gift for chocolate lovers.

These fun classes are held Thursday and Friday evenings (6 - 10pm) and Saturday afternoons (2 - 6pm).

In each class, participants will learn the art of chocolate-making under the guidance of a professional chocolatier; from how to correctly temper chocolate, to how to use professional moulds.

Class participants will even be invited to personalise their hand-made chocolates by adding fillings of their choice!

And in addition to the chocolate-making, there will also be an opportunity to sample different varieties of imported chocolate and also learn about the history of chocolate and its many nutritional benefits.

Best of all - everything you create can be taken home! Perhaps you can offer your hand made chocolates to a friend or family member as a special gift!

Class participants can also take advantage of a 10% discount store-wide for any purchases on the day.

The cost of a Sissys Gourmet Chocolate-making Class is $140 (unless otherwise stated). Gift vouchers are available.
