Are you a chocolate lover? I guess most people would answer yes. As Christmas is approaching, maybe it is time to learn a sweet trick to surprise the family at Christmas dinner. Learning to make chocolate while tasting the samples along the way sounds too tempting to refuse. In Sydney, Coco Chocolate is offering casual chocolate making and tasting classes for those who fancy learning the sweet trick of sweet treats.
Coco Chocolate is a fine organic chocolate maker and retailer with two stores located in Kirribirri and Mosman. It also offers chocolate making and tasting class at the Coco Chocolate Studio on Middle Head Road, Mosman. Bookings for groups and one-one-one training can be made from Monday to Friday on 9960 6540
The class runs about three hours in total. You will learn three different techniques with their award winning organic chocolates: make a chocolate slab, chocolate bar and flaked hot chocolate. During the class, the participants have a chance to learn the traditional hand tempering on the marble, a French technique, measuring the temperature with a heat gun and tasting the samples when they are ready. After each class, you are given a Coco Chocolate Making Certificate and a bag of delicious samples to take away with you.
The Victoria-art inspired cosy kitchen in Mosman has a perfect picnic area in the backyard with scenic ocean views of Sydney Harbour. Apart from offering the chocolate making class, it also offers a delightful high tea with a diverse choice of cupcakes and sweet treats. What a perfect way to savour the delicate life after the chocolate making experience. For more details, please visit Coco Chocolate website.
