Checking out the when you're in Bohol is always a number one to top lists. They're a collection over 1,260 hills and look like little islands popping out of the earth everywhere you look.



These perfectly formed and fully covered hills of trees and green grass turn brown during dry season which is why they got the name the ''. It's a bit of a drive up to the main viewing point for the Hills, but it's well worth it. The view is breathtaking and as far as you can see you can see the .



Any trip to the must be accompanied with a trip to see tarsiers, one of the world's smallest primates, and they are so cute. They're nocturnal so don't take flash photography as it might hurt their eyes.



At the top of the main Chocolate Hill there is also a massage station, and at Php50/Aud$1.20 per 15 minutes it's one of the cheapest, most relaxing experiences. As you can see in my photos, I loved it, and the air was so fresh!



You can organise trips to the online, at a local travel agent, or even with a driver at the airport or pier. Van service should be around Php2,800-3,000 for a whole day trip and you will go to see all the tourist spots on the island, including the . The price only includes the van hire and driver hire, so you'll need to bring a bit of extra money for entrance to the various stops.
