As the days get colder and shorter, two of my favourite things to enjoy are hot chocolates and yoga. Next month, the beautiful Emma will be joining those two elements into delicious combination of a real hot chocolate with a gentle and mindful yoga practice.
This session aims to calm, but also bring pleasure and mindfulness to participants during the 75 minute journey to reconnect with yourself. The journey begins with gentle asana (postures), and dhyana (meditation), to bring you out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life to focus on your inner self.
After a relaxing meditation session, the class will turn its attention to hot chocolates. Adding the hot chocolate into the session has been a specific addition, to support you to deepen your pleasure and to deepen your relationship with chocolate. This session not only aims to be a relaxing one but also one that is really nourishing.
