Enjoy after the gym, at work or with a cuppa
I often bake treats for my family that I know that they will like - see my recipes here - but occasionally I will bake something healthy that is just for me (well, my husband sneaks a few squares too!). I love to eat this tasty slice with a cuppa in the afternoon to boost an energy slump, and I also wrap some up to take in my bag for after the gym or swimming laps at the pool. It is healthy, filling and full of flavour.
