Celebrate the beginning of the Year of the Snake on Sunday 10th February from 9am-10pm, in Chinatown.

Little Bourke Street will be transformed into an energetic atmosphere full of activity and booming with loud drumming music and firecrackers.

Watch performances of Chinese lion dances, martial artists, folk music, and acrobatic dances; learn of Chinese culture through performances and art, craft, educational and games stalls; and sample a feast of Asian foods as the Chinese community of Melbourne welcome in the Year of Snake.

Touch the Dragon, for a year of good luck, as it is transported down Little Bourke Street.

A fabulously energetic and colourful festival, not to be missed.
