Enjoy mexican food and drink in the Valley
Chilliwow has opened its doors on Constance Street and brings a Mexican food and drink experience.

With a bright yellow interior, it's nice to see the old Barsoma spot open so quickly after its closure recently. It was busy the night we visited, with a function upstairs and all the inside tables taken. Perusing the themed drink menu, my friends and I started with margaritas, and took a table outside.

Before we headed outside, we also chose some food. Tacos dominate the menu - and you can choose between pork, beef, chicken, fish and vegetable.

The tacos were tasty, but snack-sized, so it was time to try a chilli dog, and some sangria. There was a short film of an axolotl, otherwise known as a Mexican walking fish, projected onto the wall outside.

Overall, a fun experience, although there could have been more table service. Chilliwow offers the opportunity to reserve small or medium areas for private functions, or to hire the entire venue for your function. Give it a go soon.
