As part of the Splash Adelaide initiative, BBQ Buoys have organised their 2nd Chillin' By The River event on Sunday, 29 January 2017 from 12pm to 6pm at Pinky Flat, North Adelaide.

The first Chillin' By The River event was held on Sunday, 20 November 2016 and this second, aptly titled Summer Vibes at Pinky Flat is sure to be just as cool!

Splash Adelaide is an initiative of Adelaide City Council, which partners with communities in Adelaide CBD and North Adelaide to create activations and events 'which increase the vibrancy and vitality of Adelaide'.

Since bringing their unique concept of chillin' and grillin' on board inflatable boats to Adelaide, BBQ Buoys have become an integral component of Adelaide's vibrant culture, adding value and entertainment to the River Torrens precinct and the neighbouring Pinky Flat (which will be home to the Royal Croquet Club for the duration of the 2017 Fringe).

Chillin' By The River - Summer Vibes at Pinky Flat is exactly that: a family friendly event. Entry is free and a fair amount of comfortable seating will be provided so you can sit back and chill to live music with some food and beverages (available for purchase from food trucks and a licensed bar), along with hosted kids entertainment. Alternatively, you can hire one of BBQ Buoys chillin' and grillin' boats. ( Click here for price list/options ).
