We'll get to the regulars in a minute but 2021 brings some new entrants with Burning Taste Buds hopefully able to come over - restrictions pending - and the crew from Choo Roo with their amazing Caprica Chilli sauces. They'll also be giving a special live talk about the history of the chilli pepper.
The originators of the festival, Hillside Herbs, will be there with a huge selection of chilli plants. White's Valley Jalapenos are bringing their homemade deliciousness, Grunds Gourmet will have their chutneys and relishes on hand, and Willunga High School will have their own olive oil and wine for sale. There's heaps of other stuff on offer too, gourmet spices and dukkah, artisan condiments, handcrafted items for the kitchen from Boards and Beyond, jewellery, and other cool chilli inspired art and even coats for your furry friends. This will be a chilli inspired market like no other!
There's live music all weekend with Willunga locals Dustbowl Chic and The Easy Club so you can chill out with a craft beer, wine or sangria in the shade and take a break from all the hot chilli action.
