You will need: 4-6 slices of brown bread, one medium onion, half red and green bell pepper, 2-3 green chillies, half cup of grated cheddar cheese, salt and grounded pepper.
Take it out from oven and sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste. Voilą! Your quick, tasty and nutritious breakfast is ready. You can chop all vegetables overnight and keep it in an air-tight container to save more time.
