Belle the Blue-banded Bee - Written and Illustrated by Shane %%Meyer
Shane Meyer%% was born in Adelaide and raised in country South Australia and had an interest in art at an early age. This expanded into an interest in native flora and fauna including native bees and butterflies, and he actively enjoys working on conservation projects. After starting his own family, he saw that he could also make a difference by writing and illustrating picture books with environmental messages.
Belle the Blue-banded Bee follows the perilous journey of a blue-banded bee in search of a new home. The book is suitable for children between the ages of 4 and 7 years old.
