If you're looking for a fun activity to do with the kids, don't miss the Children's Book Festival being held at the State Library and Little Lonsdale Street this Sunday the 25th of March.

There will be a huge range of book related activities. The hard part is going to be deciding what to do first.

On the lawns of the State Library at the Main Stage you can check out the following acts:

10.00am – 10.30am – Mudcakes
10.40am – 11.10am – Goss Community Choir
11.20am – 11.50am – Valanga & Leo
12.00pm – 12.30pm – Mudcakes
12.40pm – 1.10pm – Children's Laureate
1.20pm – 1.50pm – Cha Cha Sam
2.00pm – 2.30pm – Paul Jamieson the Music Man
2.40pm – 3.10pm – Kazoos
3.20pm – 3.50pm – The Mighty bUZZniks Duo

You can also take along some of the books written by your favourite authors and get them autographed at the Readings Signing Tent:

11.10am – 11.40am – Boori Monty Pryor

These are but a few of the wonderful activities on the program for the day. Others include face-painting, roving entertainers, children's workshops, theatre and performance and an opportunity for kids to publish their own book.
