OUTDOOR

Blackbutt Reserve is located at Kotara and it has a wildlife park, with koalas, wombats and peacocks wandering around! There are also playgrounds and shelters that you can hire, to have your own BYO party. Shelters cost $185 per shelter to hire. Local Playgrounds are always a favourite in the warmer months, with some large playgrounds dotted around the region. South Stockton Active Hub is a popular favourite by the Hunter River, as it has a huge playground, plenty of grass to run around on and it is located by the Stockton Ferry terminal, so there is access from the city.
