Childers is in the Wide Bay-Burnett region of Queensland, about 325 km or 3.5 hours drive from Brisbane. Located on Bruce Highway, this town was established in 1885. Plenty of things to do and see around Childers, and Childers Gateway Motor Inn is one of the best accommodation options in Childers.

Located at 2 Butchers Road, Childers, Childers Gateway Motor Inn is a 3.5-star accommodation that offers refurbished modern and spacious rooms. The complex is set on large wide-open land and our room faces facing to wide grass area offering beautiful uninterrupted sunset and sunrise views.

Their in-ground saltwater pool was perfect for relaxing. There are also some seating areas overlooking the garden and a quarter basketball court area to keep children busy. Plenty of takeaway places nearby, but each room has a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave with complimentary cutleries that can be found in the guest kitchen if you would like to prepare a simple meal by yourself.

Free unlimited WiFi, parking outside your room with additional parking available for small trucks, trailers, and boats by request. They also provide hot breakfast 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, and continental 7 days a week, delivered to your room. Childers Gateway Motor Inn is fully licensed, and a range of beverages are available.
