Why can't the kids just behave? Start them young learning how to respect other people.

I disagree with the reply to this comment, but agree with the original comment. You think that screaming in public, misbehaving and lacking discipline equals personality?? It is basic respect to keep to the etiquette of an establishment and not ruin everyone else's day. That's the problem with these parents, they don't understand manners. Manners don't just happen, either. If you just taught your kids to behave, none of this would be an issue to begin with.
