This is an absolutely adorable cafe in Potts Point.

During the day, there's no issue finding parking out front on Kellet Street and we didn't have to wait at all, to sit on the corner of the large wooden share table by the counter.

The service was warm and bubbly as we were handed menus and told to order at the counter when we were ready.

The menu is extensive with a selection of baked goods, egg dishes and interesting additions such as corn fritters.

The drinks menu features an extensive tea list and some innovative fruity smoothies - such as vanilla and strawberry (which was mild and refreshing).

I ordered the corn fritters, which was served with bacon (very crispy), fetta and avocado smash (smashed together), pesto (drizzled around the edge of the plate) and cherry tomatoes (scattered amongst the pesto oil).

My only qualm was that the bacon was too overdone. However the dish was a good size and hit the spot.

My dining companion ordered the smash avocado and feta on toast with lime (a petite wedge), which she thought was very nice but perhaps would have preferred the mashed avo and fetta to be separate rather than mashed together.

The plates are very homely and the cafe is littered with little home effects such as potted candles, a deer head (fake I hope!), hat stands etc.

Very cute. Very homely. Nice food.

Yes, I'd go back and yes I'd recommend it.
