Cheshire is a cosy cafe just around the corner from Maneki Neko Cat rescue in Gilbert Rd, Preston, and one of the regular cafes I frequent during my volunteer shifts at the cat lounge.
The Fruit Chia Pudding stood out on their current menu; it is bursting with fresh fruit, berries, passionfruit, kiwi fruit and strawberries and it's filling as well. A great summer treat for brunch or a light lunch - or why not share? There's a side spread to pick at whilst your gossiping away catching up with friends!
So if it's too hot to eat, then order the Fruit Chia Pudding. A healthy choice that will get you going. I'll be back for more!
