Hot on the heels of the Blossom Festival which just ended on 1 Oct, the CherryHill Orchards are ready to open its gates again for the upcoming Cherry-Picking season from 13 November 2023 through to early January 2024. You have two spectacular locations to choose from as follows. Operating hours are 7 days a week, excluding Christmas day. Pick from thousands of the sweetest tasting cherries from the endless rows of cherry trees at either the 100-acre Coldstream Orchard, or at the 85-acre Wandin East Orchard. Guests can eat as many cherries as their heart desires, straight from the trees, and take-home cherries are charged by the kilo. Admission to the festival includes 2 hours of cherry picking.

Pack a picnic and take in the scenic rolling hills, while relaxing on the expansive grounds of the orchard. If you'd like to enrich your experience, this year CherryHill will have Melbourne’s high tea specialists, Mary Eats Cake creating delicious picnic packs, with three different sized packs and many options to choose from. This mouth-watering addition will be a fantastic summer’s treat. Indulge in the likes of shakshuka quiche, cherry delight doughnuts, and a selection of artisan cheeses, fruits, crackers and cherry chutney. Just add these picnic boxes when you're booking your ticket for cherry picking. Otherwise, there are local food trucks, beverages, cherry ice-cream and cherry drinks, all available on-site. On weekends and public holidays, expect live music by talented local musicians.

Cherries, Cheese and Chocolate - the ultimate foodies day trip of cheese tasting, cherry picking and a decadent afternoon of cake, coffee, and exquisite chocolates. This is a self-drive experience.

Orchard Brew - Friday 17 Nov 4-7pm one day only limited event - a delicious evening of cherries, limited-edition cherry beer and wood-fired pizza, with live acoustic music playing all the while.

Rochford Mid-Week Wine & Dine - from 13 Nov with lunch seating at 11.30am OR 1.30pm - an afternoon of great food and wine with a two-course lunch, followed by 2hrs of picking the biggest and sweetest cherries, and a complimentary 500g grab & Go box to fill up with cherries to take home.
