Bernadette will be sharing her skills in a presentation at Go Vita Health Food Store, Capalaba Central Shopping Centre, on Monday, 12th of February. This free event will commence at 6pm.

What will Bernadette be showing you on the night? How to make your own After Shave Lotion for starters, as well as Shower Gels and Foot Lotions. If you have problems getting to sleep, Bernadette also has the all-natural remedy for you!



Recipes for all products made on the night will be included in this one-hour presentation introducing you to the wonders of Essential Oils and chemical free living.
