The Classic Car Show is held at Bicentennial Park, Scotch Parade, Chelsea with gates open to the public between 10am-3pm and entry is by gold coin donation.
Everyone is welcome to display their car and for a $20 entry fee exhibitors receive a show bag and major raffle prize ticket. There are also trophies awarded on the day for Best Hot Rod, Best Holden, Best Euro, Best Classic Car and heaps more.
There are plenty of other activities in addition to the cars to keep everyone happy, from live music to Pin-up competitions, jumping castle, animal farm, face painting and more for the kids, food stalls including BBQ, roast and more, plus general merchandise and trade stalls are welcome.
Keep your eyes open for Fletch from "Classic Restos" who will be filming an episode live on location during the day.
I went to this show on the weekend loved every part of it, especially when i seen the trophy for
"best japanese" So i entered my car in the show n shine hoping to get this seeing though it was between 3 cars BUT when the judging was over they had not called it, so i asked the presenter as to why.. and he said 'sorry it wasnt on the list'
So why was there a trophy there and why get peoples hopes up?? I was very dissapointed at this stage and left
