The luxurious experience will take place in the cheese cellar below the vibrant Spring Street Grocer, which happens to be Australia's first underground cheese maturation cellar. The workshop will thoroughly cover the differences between white mould cheeses. You will be tasting a great many cheeses, all in the name of improving your understanding of cheese.
