Would you like to brie more knowledgeable about your favourite cheese? The upcoming cheese tasting workshop at the Spring Street Grocer is all about the most delicious of cheeses: camembert and brie. Creatively titled 'All that's white is not mould', the workshop will make you an expert in white mould cheeses in the space of an hour.

The luxurious experience will take place in the cheese cellar below the vibrant Spring Street Grocer, which happens to be Australia's first underground cheese maturation cellar. The workshop will thoroughly cover the differences between white mould cheeses. You will be tasting a great many cheeses, all in the name of improving your understanding of cheese.
