Learn how to make all different types of cheese and impress
Have you ever wanted to make your own cheese? I love cheese of all types and have made my own ricotta, however, that is as far as it goes! Now you can learn to make all different types of cheeses from experts.

Based in the Swan Valley, The Cheese Maker runs a range of cheese making courses so you can learn everything you need to know to make your favourites from home. In each of these courses, you'll watch, learn, and get hands-on experience. This, in turn, will make sure you will be able to create these recipes again at home.

You do not need any experience to join these classes and you can do as many as you want. You can also buy gift vouchers and these are valid for a year from the date of purchase.

1. Classic Delights Cheese Making Course
This one will be held on Sunday 10th June, 2018 from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. It will be held at Swan Valley Central, 660 Great Northern Highway, Herne Hill. If you have ever wanted to make ricotta, feta, yoghurt or sour cream, then this is the place to learn.

You will produce great food at home, whilst knowing exactly what's inside the cheeses you create, having avoided the sugars, the additives, and the preservatives. Of course, you will also avoid the huge costs by creating them at home.

You will learn the science behind turning milk into cheese. This will start with milk and go through to cultures, and teach you how to prevent common mistakes in home cheese making.
