Cheese - Cheese - Cheese - What's not to like about cheese? I cannot think of anything! I love cheese festivals as you get to try a whole lot of cheese, many of which you have not tried or possibly even heard of before.
Now you can go to a Cheese-A-Holics Cheese Festival 2019. This is a ticketed event with tickets costing $15 and there is a limit of 2,000 only tickets to be sold. You can see more and get your tickets at their Facebook page. Children under 15 years of age are free.

Come and sample the delicious different cheese that you will find here from over 25 artisan producers and wholesalers of cheese. You will also be able to sample the best wine, gin and condiments from across the state.

MASTERCLASSES Tickets for this masterclasses are limited to 40 per class and this will be on from 10.30 am to 11.30 am. The venue will be Beston's Edward's Crossing and Main & Cherry Wines Masterclass (1 Hour)
This year, there will also be a first for Cheese-A-Holics Cheese Festival with award-winning Beston's Edward's Crossing Cheeses joined by award-winning Main & Cherry Wines to present a 100% grown and produced South Australian Cheese and Wine Masterclass.
Master Cheesemaker, Paul Connolly and winemaker Michael Sexton are both awarded producers who are totally dedicated to making quality cheese from the finest ingredients. They use old fashioned techniques and new technology and their ideas are depicted in the story and creation of God's Gifts of SA Cheese and Wine!
The cost of this masterclass will be $40 with a maximum of 40 tickets to be sold. You can book for these two master craftsmen in the art of fine pairing cheese and wines.
From 12.00 noon to 1.30 pm, there will be a Spanish Cheese, Wine and Charcuterie featuring San Jose Masterclass which will be 1½ hours.
This is another true masterclass highlighting imported Spanish cheeses paired with regional wines and Spanish inspired Charcuterie from San Jose Smallgoods. The owners of this smallgoods firm are Jose and Pas, and they will present the San Jose system for producing the finest salumi inspired by the flavours of Spain and Portugal. Cheese-A-Holics will offer a sampling of quality imported Spanish wines and cheeses sourced through Quality Food World's quality range.
So, if fine wines paired with great cheese and charcuterie flavours makes you salivate (!!), then don't miss this unique opportunity to take part in this exquisite Spanish Masterclass.

2.00 pm to 3.00 pm will bring you Cocktails and Cheese Pairings - A Mouthwatering Masterclass.
Here you can test your palate by sampling a selection of excellent gin cocktails made by the Never Never team. These will be paired with beautiful cheese from Lauretta of Cheese-A-Holics. Over the hour, you will learn to mix classic and contemporary gin cocktails and find out the secrets to pairing them with a variety of cheese. This is definitely a life skill that will repay itself many times over!
The cost of this one is also $40 with a maximum of 40 tickets available.
3.30 pm to 4.30 pm - Big Shed Brewing with Cheese-A-Holics Beer and Cheese Masterclass
Many people talk about mixing cheese and wine but for the Big Shed Brewing Co team, this is definitely all about cheese and beer. What sounds perhaps like an unlikely combination is actually a great winner. Lager and brie, IPA and Stilton - all of these work wonderfully!
