Cheech & Chong are coming to Adelaide, playing at Thebarton Theatre on June 21st. Starring Grammy Award-winning comedy duo Richard "Cheech" Marin and Tommy Chong. The two met in Vancouver back in the late 1960s and have been an unstoppable duo ever since.

Cheech & Chong have announced their first tour in over 25 years, hitting the USA and Australia. The iconic comedy duo, Cheech & Chong ,defined an era with their hilariously irreverent comedy routines. Their success began on the stand up comedy circuit, which led to 9 hit comedy albums, including Cheech & Chong (1971), Cheech & Chong's Wedding Album (1974), Cheech & Chong's Greatest Hits (1981) and Cheech & Chong's Animated Movie! Musical Soundtrack (2013).

They also released 8 hit films, including 'Cheech & Chong's Next Movie' (1980), 'Cheech & Chong's The Corsican Brothers' (1984), 'Up in Smoke 2'. In 1978, they released 'Up in Smoke' which their first movie - it was the highest grossing comedy of 1978 and topped $100 million at the box office.

Cheech and Chong were nominated for four Grammy Awards, and won the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album with Los Cochinos in 1973.
