Not only about your health but also about your wallet
I have come up with four ways a person can have "cheat days". We are all guilty of one or more of these. Which ones are you?
Sat on the couch all day
You know, the person who watches soaps all day while eating potato chips and drinking Coke. If you are still determined to watch your soaps, every 20 minutes get up a walk around your living room! Stop munching on the potato chips and chug water!
Went over 1200 calories
Obesity is soaring in the United States. It is just way too easy to just go through a McDonald's drive-thru than prepare a home-cooked meal. Get out those cookbooks!
Again, you decided to drink all of that Coca-Cola instead. If you cannot tolerate plain water, drink some unsweetened lemonade or unsweetened iced tea. Personally, I drink Arnold Palmers, which are half iced tea and half iced lemonade.
