For those people that work in the CBD or visitors to the city, finding good cheap quality food can be a bit tough, especially if you are on a tight budget. There are plenty of high end restaurants in Perth City but there are also many places that offer cheap, filling and flavoursome food.

Toastface Grillah, on the corner of Wellington and Barrack Streets, serve a variety of tasty toasties, and coffees, for under $10.00. Great for breakfast, lunch or a snack, this little spot is open from 7am till 4pm, Monday to Friday and 9am till 4pm on Saturdays.

Stuzzico Gourmet Pizza, on Hay Street and on Milligan Street, sells a range of delicious Italian style cuisine. Pizzas are available by the slice for $5.00 each, or try one of the assorted Panini for $7.00.

The popular Satay Spot on Murray Street, serves Modern Indonesian Cuisine, including soups, spring rolls, noodles and satay sticks, and have a range of delicious meals for around the $10.00 mark.

Chilliz on Murray Street, have a range of Malaysia style meals on offer, that are cheap and delicious. All dishes come with either rice or noodles and there are a variety of meals that cost under $10.00.

Annalakshmi on the Swan is located at Barrack Square, and it is run entirely by volunteers. They provide an assortment of good, tasty, Indian food and you pay what you think is fair.

The award winning Delisio Pizza Romana on St Georges Terrace, serves up gourmet Pizza for $6.00 each. They also offer a variety of Pasta and Risotto dishes for around $10.00 each.

Mad Mex has locations on Hay Street and St Georges Terrace, and they serve a variety of freshly made Mexican Food including Nachos, Tacos and Burritos, for about $10.00, some are even less than that.

The Cutting Board on St Georges Terrace is a New York Style Deli and Grill. They serve up an assortment of hot meals, snacks and sandwiches and have breakfast and lunch meal deals for $10.00 each.
