David Bowie - the indescribable theatrical/visual/musical/life chameleon whose career spanned over five decades, hundreds of millions of fans of all ages, and nearly 50 distinctive and wonderfully bizarre personas.

In honour of the legendary artist, Bare Naked Theatre presents CHANGES: a Theatrical Tribute to the Music of David Bowie at Gasworks Arts Park.

Showing from 27 July – August 6, Changes will bring to life the songs, acts, and energy David Bowie spent a lifetime creating, in a raw and personal story-telling theatrical piece.

Bowie's music will be performed by Melbourne's own Robot Child . The heavy rock band features lead vocals by Jeff Wortman ( 4.48 Psychosis ), Gold Logie winner Waleed Aly (The Project) on lead guitar, Daniel Lijnders of Danlyn Music on bass, and Dan Slater, Dave Hartney, and Owen James on drums, keys/guitar, and piano, respectively.

Created and conceptualised by Kendall-Jane Rundle (Bare Naked Theatre, 4.48 Psychosis) and Jeff Wortman, Changes will also bring David Bowie's unique personas to life through the power of uninhibited, exciting, and unrestrained theatre - the kind that only Bare Naked Theatre can produce.

Changes: a Theatrical Tribute to David Bowie will run across 8 nights (Wednesday through Saturday each week) from July 27th - August 6. Tickets are on sale now and available online here , just be quick as they'll probably sell out as fast as Blackstar.

Gasworks Arts Park is wheelchair accessible (including bathrooms), and equipped with an Assistive Listening System - attendees can pick up a Hearing Loop or Earpiece from the box office. The venue also offers one extra no-cost ticket to anyone possessing a Companion Card.
